Real Results from Real Businesses
Every map below shows actual Google Maps rankings, pulled from real data, for real clients. Green means they're showing up when people search. Red means they're not. You'll see the difference.

We Run the Same System on Our Own Business
Before we ask any client to trust us with their Google rankings, we put our own on the line. Here is what happened when we applied our system to Lightning Leads Pro, our own agency, in the Tampa Bay market.
Keyword: SEO Agency - Riverview/Tampa
October 27, 2025 → November 15, 2025. In under 30 days, we moved from outside the top 15 across most of Tampa to ranking #1–5 throughout our core service area.
AI Recommends Us, Too
When someone asks ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Perplexity for an SEO company in Riverview, Florida, Lightning Leads Pro comes up. Three different AI platforms. Three independent recommendations. No paid placement. This is what real authority looks like.
How an Unoptimized Google Business Profile Impaired Our Maps Rankings
These three case studies show the sharpest before-and-after contrasts in our current client base. Each map represents a real service area, a real business, and real Google Maps rankings.
CASE STUDY 1 Industry: HVAC Contractor Location: Tarpon Springs, FL
A Florida HVAC Company Builds Local Visibility That Sticks
This HVAC client was showing up inconsistently across the Tarpon Springs service area. Rankings varied from mid-range to invisible depending on where a search came from. Most of the outer service area showed 20+, meaning potential customers searching from those locations never saw this business.
Before
After (2 months)
After working with us, the client built a solid green core across their primary service area. Searches from across Sarasota and the surrounding market now return this business in the top results. For a service that runs on trust and local presence, that visibility matters.
CASE STUDY 2 Industry: Landscaper / Tree Services Location: Boston, MA
From Completely Invisible to #1 Across an Entire Metro
When this landscaping and tree service company came to us, nearly every position across their service area showed 20+. From the city core to the outer suburbs, they were invisible. If someone searched for their service from almost anywhere in their market, this business simply did not appear.
Before
After (2 months)
Today they hold #1 or #2 rankings across nearly their entire service area. The transformation is visible the moment you look at the two maps side by side. When someone in Boston searches for a tree service or landscaper, this client shows up first.
CASE STUDY 3 Industry: Water Damage Restoration Location: Jonesboro, AR
Emergency Services Need to Show Up First... Now They Do
Water damage restoration is an emergency call. People search, they call whoever shows up, and they hire that company. This client had real visibility in parts of their market, but rankings dropped off sharply as searchers moved further from the center.
Before
After
Now they hold #1–2 rankings across virtually the entire service area. From any point in the market, this client is who Google shows. For a business where response time is everything, being first in search is the same as being first on the job.

Understanding What You're Looking At
Each dot on these maps represents a geographic location. The number inside is where that business ranks on Google Maps when someone searches for their service from that spot.
Only the top 3 results appear directly in Google search. No clicking required. If your business ranks 1, 2, or 3, the searcher sees you immediately. Those are the calls. Those are the jobs. Green dots.
Position 4 through 20 means the searcher has to click "More businesses" to find you. Most never do. Yellow and orange mean the business exists in Google Maps, just not where decisions get made.
Numbers of 20+ mean the business is on the third page of Maps results. Two clicks deep. There's an old joke in SEO: "Where do you hide a body? On the second page of Google." These businesses aren't even on the second page. That's what dark red means on these maps.
Every map on this page is a real screenshot from real data. Nothing is mocked up or staged.
